By accessing rootedfurni.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. We may update these terms periodically; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted and may change without notice for unconfirmed orders. Payment is due in full at checkout unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed for custom work.
- Order confirmations are sent by email within 24 hours.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.
- Trade and wholesale pricing requires an approved account.
3. Custom Commissions
Bespoke pieces require a signed design brief and non-refundable design deposit before production begins. Lead times quoted are estimates; wood is a natural material and grain, color, and minor characteristics will vary piece to piece.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic delivery typically occurs within 2–4 weeks of completion; international timelines vary by destination and customs processing. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier handoff. White-glove delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee.
5. Returns & Warranty
Stock items may be returned within 14 days in original condition for a refund less shipping costs. Custom and bespoke commissions are final sale. All frames carry a structural warranty as described on our Pricing page, covering joinery defects under normal residential use.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, photography, and written content on this site are the property of Rooted Furni and may not be reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rooted Furni is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page.
